David Price reeled off a total of 10 strikeouts and Vernon Wells jacked one
out of the ballyard at Camden Yards where the Simi Valley Vikings beat the
SoCal Wildfires by the score of 6 to 0.

Price(2-0) was simply too much for the SoCal batters. He was stingy on the
mound, allowing just 5 hits and 1 walk in 9 innings. After the 3rd inning,
neither team was able to score.

Jonathan Sanchez(1-1) was the losing pitcher. He allowed 6 runs and 5 hits in
6 innings. 'I had my good stuff today.' Price said. 'As the game went along
I started to get the feeling that I was going to strike out a bunch of
hitters.'
